These terms govern all use of the pk899 platform. By registering an account, you confirm you have read and accepted them in full.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pk899 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms apply to all use of the pk899 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features or services accessible through the platform at pk899.bio.

1. Eligibility

Where pk899 is unable to verify that an account holder meets the minimum age requirement, the account will be suspended pending verification and, where the requirement is not met, permanently closed with all funds returned to the payment source minus any bonuses.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pk899 platform is intended for use by players accessing the service from Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pk899 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. pk899 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

1.3 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any legal order that restricts your ability to participate in online gambling, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on pk899. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, or multiple accounts sharing the same payment method, device, IP address or household, are considered duplicates and are prohibited. pk899 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and forfeit any winnings generated through duplicate activity.

2.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your pk899 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address and a valid contact phone number. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. pk899 may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the information provided cannot be verified.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk899 will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk899 support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk899 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and direct bank transfer from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. pk899 does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed on the platform's deposit page.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make the corresponding deposit. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, pk899 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. pk899 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, but players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment credentials constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. pk899 reserves the right to freeze any account suspected of fraudulent payment activity pending investigation, to cancel all pending withdrawals from such accounts and to forfeit any associated funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pk899 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

  • 1.Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions including minimum deposit amounts, account verification status and residency requirements are stated on each promotion page.
  • 2.All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on its promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
  • 3.Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash, credit or any other form of value without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full.
  • 4.pk899 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited to a player's account in connection with that promotion will be removed.
  • 5.pk899 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion offer from any player who is found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Player Responsibility

Gambling on pk899 is intended as a form of entertainment. pk899 strongly encourages all players to approach gambling responsibly and to set personal limits on deposits, losses and session duration. Players should never gamble with money they cannot afford to lose and should not use gambling as a means to address financial difficulties. 5.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

pk899 provides tools that allow players to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and to request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. To activate any of these tools, contact pk899 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account on pk899. pk899 will not be liable for losses incurred where a self-excluded player has circumvented the exclusion by opening a new account.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk899 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant authorities.

  • 1.Using the pk899 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform to layer or integrate illicit funds.
  • 2.Creating more than one account on pk899, whether under the same or different personal details, or using an account on behalf of another person.
  • 3.Using any software, bot, script, automated system or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on pk899, including but not limited to RNG manipulation attempts, collusion in live casino games or match-fixing in sports betting.
  • 4.Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with pk899 customer support.
  • 5.Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at pk899 staff, customer support agents or other players using the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk899 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, marketing materials and the overall appearance and arrangement of the platform, is the exclusive property of pk899 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, modify, adapt, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content from the pk899 platform without the prior written consent of pk899. Unauthorised use of pk899's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

pk899 uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the platform is available and functioning at all times. However, pk899 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from platform downtime, technical errors, connectivity issues, game malfunctions or any other interruptions to service. In the event of a game malfunction, pk899 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to refund the original stake amounts to the players concerned.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games available on pk899 are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe and others. pk899 does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any third-party content and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party game or service accessed through the platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

pk899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pk899 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other unlawful purposes; the account holder has provided false registration information; the account holder has engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 6 of these Terms; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pk899 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pk899 will endeavour to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the contact details registered on the player's account. Your continued use of the pk899 platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms in full. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact pk899 support to close your account.
